My name is David, I live to do two things! Teach Martial Arts and Bake! I work as a Commissary Cook at the Honda Center in Anaheim California. Well that's all about me. Anything else just ask me? ;-) Well I am an aspiring Pastry Chef, my big goal as a Pastry Chef would be to open a bakery were I specialize and cater to diabetics! I do make stuff with splenda now just so that I can enjoy it but I still need to learn more in order to open my own bakery! My Next big goal is to make my own lavender extract! :D
