I joined Weight Watchers in August 2005 and have lost 143 pounds at the time of this little post here. I'm committed to healthy, low fat and calorie recipes to help me reach my final goal (another 25 or so pounds). The good news is I'm not afraid to tweak recipes a bit to make them more WW friendly and I'm loving all the fabulous ideas I'm finding here. I live with a wonderful, darling man who is also a nasopharygneal cancer survivor. Because of the location of the tumor and subsequent radiation treatment, he has special dietary and dental needs that I have to take into account for each and every thing I prepare in our house. I love the challenge of finding him good things to eat that isn't just mush and baby food. It's not happened yet and it won't happen any time soon if I can help it.
