Favorite Food: I love BBQ, the stuff that comes from the pit not the bottle, and Corned Beef Boiled Dinner.
Favorite Food Moment: Washing down a true prime rib eye steak with a glass of 12 year old single malt sctoch. Follow up that meal with more scotch and a Rocky Patel "The Edge" Maduro cigar. Ahhhh, life does not get much better than that.

Favoriate Restaurant: I don't really have one. It depends on my mood. I love ethic food, so I look for a place that serves mostly people from that ethnic group and I go there. Ever wonder why you don't see too many Chinese people eating at the local china buffet?
