Hi all, I've been baking and cake decorating for 20+ years, but the last 2 years have been filled with custom cake orders and I'm currently "on the fence" about whether or not to throw caution to the wind and try and open my own shop!! It would be a total career change from what I've been doing to pay the bills for the last 25 years. How nice it would be to live a secret dream! If I can figure it out, I plan to start a blog to see if anyone out there can help/advise me in my plans. Take Care and check back in for new recipes/photos/random thoughts!!
