ABOUT ME
Hi everyone! Kat is short for Katherine, and alot more fun. I have always enjoyed cooking and entertaining. I just always kept it a hobby until I got sick and tired of hitting my head against the wall in the corp. world. I gave up and followed my heart. I am now the Cheese Manager in a speciality grocery. I order, taste, cook with, sell, and entertain with cheeses from all over the world. My husband and I live in a town just north of Milwaukee WI, the cheese capital of the world. We have two dogs that bring me love and smiles every day. I have a 12 year old Jack Russell named "Jacob-wana-be-big" and a year old poddle mix named "Coal". I also have a daughter, Becky,age 29, who is going to start law school this Aug. And a son, Randy, age 26, who called me last night to announce that he has propossed to his girlfriend, Channey, and they are getting married Feb. 22, 2010. Oh boy....does this get me whirling. Not sure how I feel about this yet.
