ABOUT ME
I'm the mother of 4 grown up kids. Well - two are totally grown, and the last two are teen-agers. I recently uprooted myself from my home state and region of California to move out to North-West Florida where I live with my son. It's nice out here and I feel more at home and in the place God meant for me to be than I have in almost a decade. Since my son is currently deployed to the middle east until November, I'm getting myself back into the things I used to do. I work for a large company in town. I'm still working on computers, but this time I'm supporting the applications and writing reports. The stuff I've loved to do for more than 20 years! I also joined a gym again and have started to exercise again. Now that I'm trying to be more healthy, I'm trying to find healthy home cooking that will satisfy my cravings as well as keep my healthy lifestyle in check. As I find new recipes, you can bet I will be sharing them! If you have a southern recipe that has been made healthy, please let me know! I'd love to try it.
