Baking/Cooking Training: Went to culinary arts school. My Mother was also a wonderful cook and she taught me more than I could have ever imagined!

Favorite Food: Anything that is a comfort food. Pastas, Soups, Cakes, and Desserts.

Favorite Food Moment: I took my lasagna to a potluck. We work with a gentleman from Italy who has always said there was noone that can cook like home. He ate my lasagna and said that I needed to quit my job at the casino, and open my own Italian restaurant. He said that he hadn't eaten any REAL Italian food since he left Italy!

Favorite Cooking Word: Dash and Boquet

Favoriate Restaurant: Pasta House in Paducah, KY is one of the best.
