Baking/Cooking Training: I've been taught since I was really little! But officially started my training just last winter, with the culinary program at my school.

Favorite Food: Cupcakes! :) Waffles, chow mein, pasta, yogurt, bagels, shrimp, crab, S'mores...peanut butter and Jelly..I love everything!

Favorite Food Moment: When I got a 100% on my baking final..I made a chocolate cake and decorated it, and it was PERFECT!

Favorite Cooking Word: coagulate. It's just fun to say!
