I started working in my parents restaurant at 10, cooked line food for ages. Didn't start enjoying cooking for myself and family until my 30's. I love to cook, but find it challenging to cook for family after working a full-time office job. I also feed my parents five nights a week, which adds an additional challenge as my dad has celiac's. I consider myself an intermediate cook, but I tend to be slow on prep. I like to set up mis en place and get distracted very easily. My knife skills have improved over the years, but I'm left handed. I join the club of mandoline injuries! nuff said!
