Baking/Cooking Training: I just mainly learned from my mother and grandmothers. And alot of it is self-taught - trial and error.
Favorite Food: Prime rib - anything chocolate - mashed potatoes and gravy - fried chicken - chinese food - mainly down home cooking - and/or comfort food.
Favorite Food Moment: baking bread - I am teaching myself to braid bread dough - and I loved the moment when my first loaf of sourdough bread turned out great, although I am not Jewish I have been working on perfecting Challah. My family absolutely loves it and it is a good way to learn the braiding techniques!

I am really domestic - and have a deep love for family and friends. I absolutely love to bake ;-) and cook as well. I have a huge cook book collection :d: and am always looking for more. I have great grandchildren already. And am totally devoted to my dog Buddy. :-)
