Hi! My name's Amanda...married to a wonderful guy, we live out in the country on a farm. I love to cook, my favorite things to cook are probably casseroles, i also would like to learn to bake some dessert's. My husband loves cobbler's, pies & crisps. And i have never made any lol. Actually, a few times, i have made him a pecan pie, another one of his favorite's.
