ABOUT ME
I enjoy looking through new cookbooks. My favorite cookbooks are the ones put out by churches and other organizations because the recipes are from regular people and usually have normal ingredients that are not difficult to find at your local grocery store. I also like cookbooks printed by Gooseberry Patch. This is a mail-order catalog and they request recipes from their customers for the cookbooks that they publish. They have chosen two of my submitted recipes to publish in their cookbooks over the past year and a half. My family and I were recently featured in an article in the local paper-the title was "Diary Of A Working Mom". I have two children who both like to help me cook-especially my youngest. My husband and I have been married for a little over 20 years. We also have 2 dachsunds-Luke and Zach,2 German Shorthair-Noelle and Max, LlasaPoo-Toby, 2 cats-Grace and Phineas and 1 lizard-Zeus. I also love to read and sometimes manage to do a few crafty things.
