I am a newlywed of a little over one year! My husband and I both enjoy cooking and we cook together almost daily. For my recent 29th birthday he stood in line for 3 hours and had Rachel Ray sign her new Big Orange Book for me! I cried! My heritage is Sicilian and German and so we all enjoy large family gatherings based in the heart of my parent's home; mom's kitchen! We have all learned so much from her and now my sister and niece and I love to cook also. I am joining this site to exchange healthful recipes and also to acquire as many sugar-free dessert recipes and teenage-palate-pleasing 'vegetable' recipes as possible! Or.. is that possible!? : )
