I am a 24 and living in Colorado. That means no big, fancy kitchen. No fancy knives (although I do have a new set of multiclad stainless steel pans and a gas stove, so I'm not entirely destitute). I don't have any fancy dishes, just a hodge podge of hand-me-down dishes and glasses. What I do have is a hungry fiancee who will eat anything, a desire to know how to make at least some things homemade, and two cats who would rather risk their lives than stay off the counters. I'm not sure the cats enjoying eating scraps off the counters is a compliment to my cooking, but I'll take it as one.
