What can i say? I have a strange love for food. I love to bake and my ultimate goal would be to have my own bakery. I have no proffesional training - unless you count owning a gazillion cookbooks and a taking a few wilton cake courses professional ;) i love to try new things with food, although sometimes things don't come out the way i planned. I like learning from my mistakes in the kitchen. That's what cooking is about ;)
