I've worked in the food industry for thirty years first as a home-based bakery owner, then a retail bakery/cafe owner, a baker/pastry chef for restaurants, and in the corporate world of R&D. Can you tell - I love to bake! I first wrote "Start and Run a Home-Based Food Business" to help fellow food enthusiasts turn their passion into profit. I then created a website to support new business owners. I'm now back in my kitchen testing recipes for my next book.
