In the world of bread, baked goods, and kitchens I go by the name Miss Melba Toast. I also work for Country Crock in other circles. A little bit about myself...I'm wrapped in cellophane and usually hidden at the bottom of breadbaskets. Passed up for soft rolls, I'm often stolen by diners, only to be eaten back in their homes. For once, I'd like to be the “go to” toast. I have a solid crunch, and love karaoke night at the Burnt Bun Bar. Battered. Beaten and Torn. It’s no wonder that after all these years a handful of toast crusaders are finally speaking out and “Spreading” some light over an issue close to their middles. Countless toasts everywhere are fighting back against being crumbled apart by cold, hard stick butter in a campaign to "Save the Toast." Help end toast cruelty and stick it to stick butter!
