Baking/Cooking Training: i studied culinary arts in collage for three years.Other than that i have learned from helping my grandmother in her kitchen and alot of trial and error.

Favorite Food: anything and everyting ..i love it all.

Favoriate Restaurant: there is a wonderful bakery in our town that has some of the besst blueberry muffins ever.if you ever come to alexandria you have to go to the Daily Grind coffee shop and eat one of the muffins with a cup of coffee.

Favorite Chef: rachel ray,sandra lee

In My Town Try: any of the little restauraunts owned by the local people.

Interests: when not cooking or baking i love sports..also reading.

Languages: english,spanish some sweedish.

Books: cookbooks,joanne fluke mystery novels,agetha cristie.

Music: mostly christian praise and worship music although i do like country music as well.

TV/Movies: i like court tv shows like the peoples court and judge judy..I also enjoy sitcoms and cooking shows.My favorite is sports though..espn.

Travel: I have traveled all around the united states..also been to mexico.
