ABOUT ME
:invisible: I'm a SAHM to four wonderful monsters. Dana, Kaylie, James and Grace. Yup, only one boy. All my kiddos love to get in the kitchen and make a mess with me because we always get to eat the result! And (Don't ask me how I did it) they even like the cleaning up part! It's a miracle! My oldest daughter, age 7, loves anything that she gets to use the stand mixer for, my middle daughter, age 5, loves the cleaning up part best so she loads the dishwasher, my son, age 4, loves making cut out cookies and stained-glass cut out cookies. And my youngest, age 2, loves anything that uses that food processor. She loves dumping things into it and then watching it as it spins around changing the large clumps into something not clumpy anymore! She just laughs and laughs and get soooo excited. I have alot, and I mean ALOT!of medical issues. Baking is my therapy. When I feel like crap, it doesn't take much to get a pan of brownies, cookies, a cake, a tray of biscotti, scones, etc in the oven. And I feel better. The house smells good, which is theraputic in itself. If I'm not have too terrible a day, maybe I'll make some breads. Or a really special dinner. Maybe both! And then even when I'm climbing into bed with all the aches and pains, it's still a good feeling because of the "baking therapy"
