Want to Learn How: Everything I can. Knowledge is power.
Cooker or Caker: Cooker
Baking/Cooking Training: Self taught from reading recipes and watching food network. Have taken some demonstration classes at Central Market. (Local grocery store).
Favorite Food: I like pretty much anything. If I had to pick specific ethnic foods, I would say Italian and Indian. Although I Loooove Jambalaya.
In My Town Try: Carrabas, but only the one on Kirby in Houston. I Love, love love the Scungilli and the Mussels.
Books: fiction (especially historical fiction), mysteries and cookbooks.
Music: Pretty much everything. My itunes is pretty diverse, but I grew up on 80's metal hairbands.
Travel: Not nearly enough. I honestly can't think of anywhere I wouldn't go.
