I am a cook, but not a chef. I have been cooking since I was sixteen. It is a passion of mine for sure, and I would love to get into it one day, but right now I am locked into some other things. Interests: I am the non professional cook at the moment but I could see myself in the profession after I get my grad degree. I love talking about food, and making it. I am more of a plate and a half kind of guy at a buffet.
