ABOUT ME

Well.. I'm a small town girl..living in a big city...and I'm trying to expand my taste palate...I love to bake, entertain and my favorite dishes are italian and mexican. I am always looking for simple quick but brilliant recipes. Something I can "wow" the audience with..lol. I never thought I would be this interested in cooking considering I hated cooking when i was little. But the times have changed and I love being in the kitchen! So Cheers to everyone in the Kitchen!!!

Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: if you consider .. testing recipes on your own training..then i'd say about 6 yrs

Favorite Food: ITAILIAN!!

Favorite Food Moment: a dinner date with my now husband at this Little Italian restuarant called "Lozanos" it was very qauint, all fixed up in old italian decor... loved it.

Favorite Cooking Word: Blend.. why blend cause its almost like the culture of cooking.. blending ingredients to make something so wonderful..isn't that what we do in society..we blend with our surroundings to create something different.

Favoriate Restaurant: Lozano's..

Favorite Chef: Giada De Laurentiis

In My Town Try: we are famous for our Mexican Food!! La Fogata has the best Margaritas!!
