ABOUT ME

I would love to be a great cook. I know the basics but have never been a creative cook. I would like to throw open the pantry doors and take things out, throw it together and viola'! ..... have a wonderful meal prepared. Maybe someday I'll get there! Spices...that's another thing that I know nothing about....I need help with that....I love garlic, sage, rosemary, terragon on chicken, cilantro is terrific with mexican food...that's about it. Oh salt & pepper of course. I'm open to any ideas, suggestions, and or just plain tell me. LOL OH and the crockpot...I can cook a roast with potatoes but anything else I cook turns out awful...I need help with that too. LOL Need HELP!

I am Praying for you too.. I wish I had words for comfort for you. This is the hardest thing I have ever had to handle and I feel bad because it's not me it's happening too and some days it is very very hard for me to be strong, but I cry when he is not around. God has you in His hands and he will give you Strength. I am here if you need a vent.. I'll be venting right along with you!!!! lol.. I'm Praying so hard for your recovery.. please let me know how you are doing...
