ABOUT ME
Retired from 29 years owning an independent health food store. I've been building a cookbook collection for over 45 years, and cooking for fun and profit. I developed a natural food product line in the late 70's, and now I do some recipe development for personal satisfaction. I've been a vegetarian since 1977, and I find that a wonderful palate to work with.
