HI! My name is Nicole. I love to cook, bake, grow and preserve my own food- Amish style! If you would love to know how to make some "wunderful goot" (wonderful good) dishes like some of my amish and mennonite friends do, then I am happy to teach! :) Caution: this type of cooking can be very rich and contain a ton of calories. Eveything in moderation! This type of cuisine is best when it's made from the freshes of produce and dairy. You are especially blessed if you live near a farmers market or can grow your own veggies!
