I've been cooking and baking since I was 8 years old. My mom woke me up one day and said "you are going to learn how to cook today." Have been working in restaurants, hotels, bars and clubs since I was 15 years old. Went to the FPS and graduated in June 06. I am fortunate to wake up everyday and do what I love; except those days when I have to be at work at 4am! I'm not limited to just pastry, I can cook my ass off too! You sing it, and I'll bring it! I love taking weekend getaways with my boy! Our recent favorite is Galena, Illinois- the simple life really calmed! I love friends, family,and Boshi, my pug.
