I left a corporate career several years ago to try my hand at cooking school. It didn't take long to realize that the chef's life wasn't for me--it definitely takes a special kind of person. So I returned to life again as a corporate drone. But I haven't lost sight of my dream, nor have I lost my affinity for food and cooking. One day, I'll discover my place. But for now, I'm just savoring the journey.
