Bake/Cook Frequency: Every day

Baking/Cooking Training: I learned to cook from my parents and to bake from my mother.

Favorite Food: Love poutine!!! It's sinful, decadent and from home! fries,gravy,cheese curds.......yummmmm

Favorite Food Moment: Cooking and baking with my mother for christmas. Making empanadas, baking bread, and cakes. Those smells all remind me of my moms kitchen and the holidays.

Favoriate Restaurant: L'express in montreal

Favorite Chef: My husband!

In My Town Try: Navarre and Simpatica Dining Hall in Porland.

Interests: I like to read, watch cooking shows, and dream about what I will grow when I have a garden.
