Favorite Chef: Rachel Ray (even though she doesnt call herself a chef)
Interests: I love to cook! I get such pleasure from cooking and sharing with my friends and family. I love to cook meals and bring them in for my co-workers. One recentFriday night when I was setting out my latest creation at work a supervisor said "you just need to open a restaurant!" and secretly....that is my dream! I would love to have my own cafe or catering business.
Books: any cookbook!
Music: Fleetwood Mac, oldies, country, Etta James and Michael Buble
TV/Movies: The Food Network!
Travel: no where exciting..maybe Italy someday though :)
