ABOUT ME
I would say passionate about baking and cooking like everyone else on here!! I have been at it for a very long time. I grew up in Philadelphia, and now reside in Pittsburgh. I love both. I grew up with a mix of nationalities in my family, German, Polish, Russian, Ukrainian,Hungarian, Austrian, Croatian (old Yugoslavian). Growing up in Philly you learned to be part of many nationalities. I enjoy and am passionate about food and culture. I learned from the best of them with Pastries, Breads, Tortes, candy, and good ole' food! I have over 1000 cookbooks and love to collect recipes especially the ones we all hand down to our loved ones and the ones that were handed down to us. I have an extensive collection of books and recipes. So don't hesitate to ask for anyone you may need!! :) I am so excited to look through this site for recipes that are different! lately interested in smoking recipes and ways and any and all tips!!
