I love parchment paper! Been using it for years for my cookies! Gotta love the easy clean up! Just crumple the paper and poof you're done!!! Great for sticky things you're baking too! Just line those pans! I like it better than the non-stick sprays.

Hi Pat and Betty I love using parchment paper for cookies. During the holidays I make alot of pumpkin rolls but I use foil. Would parchment paper work just as well? I have been to afraid to try. Thanks

Reynolds Parchment paper has been part of my kitchen for so many years, I can't count them. And, as to the foil, it rolls at my place. I even use it to wrap christmas gifts.

How cool it is to have you as a fellow bakespacer. I just recently learned about some of the great things parchment paper is used for (and to imagine that I've been baking parchment paperless all these years!!). 2 weeks ago I bought my first ever roll of parchment paper and have had the pleasure of using it for cookies and frozen pizza. Its wonderful stuff!! Evenly cooked bottoms and easy clean up. What more could you ask for?

I enjoy your product very much, sometime I have trouble getting the parchment paper to tear off evenly. Any plans on making precut pieces of parchment that would fit onto a cookie tray. It sure would be convenient.

Thanks Reynolds for coming to bakespace! I use the parchment paper for lining the bottoms of my cake pans, makes for a fool proof turn out ;) Thanks for sharing more great tips! I would like to know how to fold those little food packets (like in the pic slide), got a video?
