ABOUT ME
I'm one of the founders of Seth Ellis Chocolatier, a small artisan chocolate manufacturer in Boulder, Colorado. We're one of the few companies in the world making luxury chocolates exclusively from organic ingredients. You can find our chocolates at Whole Foods, at Pharmaca, and other places in the Rocky Mopuntain region. We also do a fair amount of custom and private-label manufacturing. All our chocolates are nut- and gluten-free, and we use fairtrade ingredients wherever possible.
