ABOUT ME
I am a vegetarian/wannabe vegan who loves to bake! I am always trying to veganize cake and cupcake recipes, while trying to make them healthy as well. When I am not in the kitchen, I am a Personal Trainer, Swim Instructor and Yoga Instructor. I am working towards certification in Early Childhood Education, and love working with kids!
