Baking/Cooking Training: officially took home-ec in 6th grade. other than that, my cooking would come from my mother then my mother-in-law.

Favorite Food: any noodle/pasta dish, mostly asian (korean, japanese, indonesian, malaysian, singaporean, thai), breakfast items.

Favorite Food Moment: when i cook something that i imagine, and the food come out exactly how i want it to be. and when i know what i want to order in a restaurant.

Favorite Cooking Word: everything in moderation, and taste test every sauces (i have to keep reminding myself to do this).

Favorite Chef: giada
