My name is Stacy, I am currently a student of Culinary Arts. I will be graduating in August 2009 with Culinary Arts and in December with Pastry Arts. I am engaged to get married this June and I have a wonderful daughter who keeps me very busy! I hope to open a cupcake and pastry shop with my best friend in the very near future.
