I am a mother of 3, happily married to a man that is willing to eat anything i make. Cooking is my passion. No formal training but i learned from the best, my mother and grandmother. All the women in my family are amazing cooks. I cook anything, not just homestyle food. I do tend to go back to my French Quebecois roots and elaborate from there. My dream is to have my own restaurant or catering business.
