my name is kristina moneyhun-moore. I am a mom who lives in virginia and is looking to open my own bakery/bbq joint caled "totally smoked and baked". I am a free spirited, hippy, mom who loves to cook and create food for everyone. I have been cooking all my life and been baking for a few years. I have recently ventured into all gluten free and organic baking. very interesting indeed. also lover of pitt bulls and the woods at night

Bake/Cook Frequency: 1-5 times a week

Baking/Cooking Training: i learned at a very young age to cook from my grandmother. i wanted to be a veterinary tech but realized that i was too soft so i fell back on my passion...cooking. i learned to appreciate baking three years ago and have been hooked ever since.

Favorite Food: love latin and meditteranean food.

Favorite Food Moment: the first time i made chicken marsala for my honey. The look in his eyes was pricless and he's been here ever since.

Favorite Cooking Word: wow...i would have to say....flod...because as a chef you dont ever have to be careful as when you do with baking..fold and mix...very different

Favoriate Restaurant: wow...welcome to moes!!! pf changs and bakers crust of course

Favorite Chef: alton brown and eric reipert..oh and the king of mexican cuisine in america the one and only rick bayless

In My Town Try: newtown ave coffee and tea and carrot tree bakery..in chesapeake...the cupcakery and in va beach just cupcakes

Interests: baking, creating, cooking, cookbooking, being a mom, learning about opening a business

Languages: english and profanity

Books: culinary artistry, williams and sonomas cakes and cupcakes

Music: techno, trance, house, indie, country, and some heavy stuff

TV/Movies: anything from quentin or tim burton

Travel: been to cali, tenn, va, new hampshire, japan, florida, and illinois
