ABOUT ME
I am a simple, southern, country girl. I love my husband of 33 plus years, My beautiful daughter Christy and her husband James. I could not have hand picked a better son in law, he is a joy to our hearts. My handsome son Mac made me a proud grandmother, 08/05/08... James B. McClellan IV {Jay-Bird} and again on 01/31/10...Alyssa Rose McClellan, {Ally-Cat} I am a child lover and I also love hanging with older people and have from the time I was 4 or so. I love to listen and learn all about life before my time, I love family traditions and passing them on. I have learned in 56 years that you can not take it when you go, the simple things, the ones you can not purchase are the things that are to be most cherished. I would rather live in a tent with minimum stuff than to loose out on meeting and keeping a new or old friend. My faith in God has given me strong affirmations that no matter what, the sun will shine tomorrow and the sun will set tonight and every second in the middle is a blessing to hold dear... even the hard parts. No matter how old you get, you still fell 16 most of the time, and each curve ball is a lesson you needed to learn. So yes, I am a glass half full kind of person and striving to be the holder of the pitcher!!! I am in love with life and all it has to offer.
