Favorite Food Moment: My Birthday Dinner at Emeril's in the MGM Grand, Las Vegas. We chose the 6 course meal and it was so awesome! I know it sounds like alot of food, but each dish was just enough to taste and not make you full. First was a cold soup; Second, a salad; Then there were 3 main dishes - fish, steak, and chicken. All served separately and each came with a side dish. The meal was finished off with a peanut butter chocolate pie! By the end of course, I was stuffed.
Interests: I'm mostly a baker of cakes and cookies, I love to watch the FoodNetwork to get new ideas and baking recipes to try out, I love to get together with friends and try out new restaurants. I enjoy trying out new recipes for food dishes and appetizers as well.
