Baking/Cooking Training: The only training I have had is from my family and the Wilton cake method courses.

Favorite Food Moment: Making something special for the kids...I love it when they are helping in the kitchen. I know kitchen memories last a lifetime.
In My Town Try: Chocolate Mouse Cafe...the only place in town to find truely awesome food.
Interests: I love cake making, baking all sweets, quilts, camping,fishing, trying new things and growing my garden.

Just finished the Wilton cake courses...all 4. I have discovered that I truely enjoy baking cakes. I love to cook. I always love to challange myself to learn new things.
