Cooker or Caker: Both
Bake/Cook Frequency: 1-5 times a week
Baking/Cooking Training: No formal training, although I have cooked in some very nice restaurants during college years. My best training was working side by side with my Mother, she was just the Best @ everthing.
Favorite Food: Not sure it changes but I do like a good Barbq Sauce...
Favorite Food Moment: Seeing the look on either of my daughters faces as they "Get" the "Thrill" from something that they have made. Its awesome, we are sharing moments together that will eventually have been part of a lifetime of moments.
Favorite Cooking Word: Isnt that Nifty....but I bet that changes too @ any given moment : )
Favoriate Restaurant: UnDecided.
Favorite Chef: Haven't decided, there are so many out there that I like.
Interests: My children and their pursuits. Expanding my education. Learning from others. Plus the usual cooking, reading, pottery, swimming, attending auctions, antiquing etc...
Books: Karen Kingsbury would be the latest author that I found to be interesting and intriguing.
Music: Soft Rock, Rock, Country, 60's, 70's, 80's, little bit of everything.
Travel: I don't travel much but would eventually love to be able to jump into the car and just go.
Clubs: Nationally Registered Emergency Medical Technicians.
