In My Town Try: Everything! Chicago is such a top restaurant/food town. You will find everything you ever dreamed of trying, plus all the familiar favorites and more.
Interests: Opera, Jazz, Showtunes (pretty much any music from 1969 and back. Not into anything after the birth of disco.) Collecting old LP's, making pies when I'm bored, painting, and gardening.
Languages: English, Spanish and I get by on Italian.
Books: Currently reading "My Life in France", by Julia Child. Last good book I read was "The Omnivore's Dilemma" by Michael Pollan.
Music: I think I covered that in "Interests".
TV/Movies: Not much into TV. I love the old MGM musicals, especially stuff with Judy Garland in it.
Travel: The only place I've been to outside of the U.S. is Mexico. Would love to visit Italy and Spain, although I think I would not want to return.
