I enjoy baking and cooking, bake my own bread (using a machine for the dough most of the time), and I am always open to learning new variations of favorite recipes and learning new ones. I grew up in Germany, so that is my cooking heritage, but the standard repertoire includes some basic American, Italian, Mexican, Asian recipes and/or influences.
