"Nothing Like The Holidays Giveaway" Official Rules

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY. By participating in the Nothing Like the Holidays Giveaway, entrants agree to be bound by and acknowledge compliance with these official rules, including eligibility requirements. Responsibility for receipt of entry rests solely with the entrant. BakeSpace.com will not be responsible for technical, hardware or software malfunctions, unavailable network connections, or failed, inaccurate, incomplete, garbled or delayed electronic communications, or for any human or mechanical error that may occur in the processing of entries. BakeSpace.com reserves the right to cancel the giveaway if it becomes technically corrupted, or due to sponsor error or refusal. BakeSpace.com will not formerly acknowledge receipt of entries. If you do not agree with any of these Rules, please do not participate in the giveaway. This giveaway is sponsored by Overture Films. A PURCHASE WILL NOT IMPROVE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

ELIGIBILITY: The giveaway is open to BakeSpace.com members who are at least 18 years of age. Employees (and their immediate families) of Overture Films or BakeSpace.com, and any of their affiliates, subsidiaries, participating vendors, promotion or advertising agencies, or any other company involved with the design, production, execution or distribution of the giveaway are ineligible. You must have a BakeSpace.com account, access to the Internet and a valid e-mail and land address in order to win.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter, you must have a BakeSpace.com account. If you don't have a free BakeSpace.com account, feel free to join. Inclusion in giveaway is earned from November 24th-December 12th, 2008 by completing online activities that are consistent with BakeSpace.com membership, and are in no way special to this Giveaway. Typical membership activities include adding recipes (original or modified) to our .Nothing Like the Holidays. recipe category and subcategory on BakeSpace.com. No purchase is necessary to enter. Participating in the giveaway does not guarantee that a member will win a prize.

ONLINE ENTRY by SUBMITTING RECIPES: members may add original recipes to BakeSpace.com. Recipes that are unoriginal/unmodified or copied from another source are not eligible. By participating in the Giveaway, you acknowledge that all submitted Recipes are original, and owned by you. You also agree that BakeSpace.com may post your submitted Recipe(s) on the site without providing you any form of payment or compensation. Recipes will continue to stay on BakeSpace.com for as long as you have an account on the site or unless we delete them for violation of terms or duplication of submission. You agree that your submission will not include any material or language that is profane, defamatory, unlawful, vulgar, obscene, pornographic, libelous, invasive of another's privacy, or racially, ethnically or otherwise objectionable. BakeSpace.com in its sole discretion reserves the right not to upload any recipe to its site and cancel your participation in the Giveaway if we determine your submission violates any of these conditions. The BakeSpace.com server will time and date stamp every recipe that is entered into each week.s giveaway. Only recipes added to BakeSpace.com during each promotional week will be included in that week.s giveaway. BakeSpace.com has the right to promote the winning recipes in all promotional material in perpetuity. If you have already uploaded the recipes to BakeSpace, you can edit and add your favorite recipes to the Nothing Like the Holidays category for them to be included in the giveaway. For the recipe to be included in the giveaway, it must have a family photo uploaded with the recipe.

GIVEAWAY PERIOD: The Giveaway period begins at 12:00:00 AM US EDT on November 24th, 2008 and ends at 11:59:59 PM US EDT on December 12th, 2008. Submitted recipes received after the end of the Giveaway will not be eligible. Three winner will be chosen at random by BakeSpace.com. You may participate in the Giveaway as often as you like. All eligible recipes for that week.s giveaway must be uploaded to BakeSpace by 11:59:59 PM, US EDT on the last day of the promotion.

PRIZES: Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received. All decisions of the sponsor are final and binding on all matters relating to this giveaway. You must have a mailing address to accept prizes. Prizes will be delivered within 60 days after giveaway period ends. No PO boxes.

ODDS: Your odds of winning are determined by and depend upon the total number of eligible entries received.

APPROXIMATE RETAIL VALUE: Each prize packages is worth $50. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value. Prizes cannot be assigned, transferred, changed, or redeemed for cash except at the sole discretion of the sponsor. All federal, state, and local taxes, and all other expenses not specifically mentioned herein are the sole responsibility of the winners. Other restrictions may apply.

CONDITIONS: By participating in this giveaway, entrants and winners release BakeSpace.com and Reynolds Consumer Products Company and all of their parents, members, affiliates, subsidiaries, directors, officers, agents, employees, advertising agencies, and all others associated with the development and execution of this giveaway, from and against any and all liability with respect to or in any way arising from this giveaway and/or acceptance or use of any prize, including, without limitation, liability for personal injury, damages or loss.

DISQUALIFICATION/INELIGIBILITY: Sponsors reserve the right, at any time and in their sole discretion, to disqualify and/or deem ineligible to participate in this Sweepstakes or any future Sponsors. sweepstakes or other promotions, any individual it suspects: to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of this Sweepstakes; to have failed to agree to these Official Rules; to be in violation of these Official Rules; to be acting in bad faith, or in a non-sportsmanlike or disruptive manner; or to be annoying, abusing, threatening or harassing any other person in connection with this Sweepstakes. Furthermore, Sponsors reserve the right, in their sole and absolute discretion, to disregard and/or deem VOID any or all of such individual's entries in this Sweepstakes. ANY ATTEMPT TO TAMPER WITH OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THIS SWEEPSTAKES IS A VIOLATION OF THESE OFFICIAL RULES AS WELL AS CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS.
