A Good Cake

When I went to Japan in the Summer one of my family members made a really great cake. Her name is Emiko. This isn't in American measurments. It was hard to understand her because shes Japanese. If you know what measurements these are in American please tell me. And if you know what it is, send me a message. Some of this I'm guessing.
