Agua De Pepino
Here's another agua fresca I've recently become hooked on. At first blush you might think "drinking cucumbers? What's wrong with this guy?" but I was pleasantly surprised the first time I tried it. The drink smells like cucumber, but tastes very much like melon, and the lime cuts through nicely for just a hint of tartness. This version came out of the local paper's weekly magazine. Another great alternative if you're sick of iced tea.
