Asian Pumpkin Icebox Cake

This recipe was adapted from EveryDay Food, 11/09. I substituted Chinese 5 Spice which kicks this luscious dessert up a notch. It can be made ahead. A great alternative to traditional pumpkin pie. Aussies unable to get graham crackers can use digestives to make the crust.
