BASIC PIZZA DOUGH


Basic Pizza Dough

I don't have a pizza peel, so I made the pizza in smaller, more manageable shapes. The smaller pizza only take 7-10 minutes to bake. I only used a little over 2 cups flour & 1/2 water total. Source: Essentials of Classic Italian Cooking by Marcella Hazan
