Better than Homemade White Beans and Rice with Andouille Sausage
One of my coworkers had relatives visiting from out of state, and he mentioned that he was going to go home after work and "whip up" some white beans and rice for dinner that night... I stopped him and asked how in the world could he just "whip some up" in such a short amount of time, and he gave me this recipe. It's so good that I will never spend hours soaking and cooking white or red beans again!
