Brown Sugar & Balsamic Glazed Pork Roast

Would you look at that beauty! It tasted just as good as it looks! Delicious! I've always made beef roast and never pork and that is going to change! The roast was fork tender and the sauce was out of this world good! I am not a fan of vinegar so my 1/4 cup was a little on the lean side but man was it good! I served this with vegetable fried rice which made this the perfect meal! 2 thumbs up from my family! With me being off work for the summer, I got to enjoy the aroma all day and it was heaven!
